F.H.S. Football Standing

In the final ratings made by Gregg McBride in six-man football for the State of Nebraska, Farnam was ranked eighth in the entire state and third in its class.

The Hastings Tribune ranked us third in the area and the Lincoln Journal first in the area and the Lincoln Journal first in our class. We were one of seven undefeated and untied teams.

The following lettered in football this season: John Rowland, captain and Estel Wear, seniors; Dale Knapp, Jerry Martin, Russ Clement, Jim Brock, Glen Davis, and Doug Welch, juniors; Roland Sheffield, Tom Brown, and Don Welch, sophomores.
