R. R. Bridge Burns

The railroad bridge east of Farnam caught fire Tuesday evening and before the flames were under control five spans were destroyed. Messrs. H. P. Schroeder, W. G. Parker, W. J. Burton and W. H. Berger were on the scene with fire extinguishers, and an extra gang from Curtis arrived about dusk to help extinguish the flames and repair the bridge.
