Ordinance No. 60 - Hitching Posts Banned

An ordinance providing for the removal of all hitching posts and other obstructions making a nuisance on main street on blocks 6, 7, 10 and 11.

Be it ordained by the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Farnam, Nebraska:—

That all hitching posts and other obstructions making a nuisance in the part of the Village herein desribed shall be removed by order of the board.

That no such hitching posts or other obstructions shall be allowed to be erected in said part of Village.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage approval and publication according to law.

Passed and approved this 27th day of Sept. 1917.
