Armistice Program Held
The days program sponsored by the American Legion on Armistice day was quite successful in spite of the inclement weather which prevailed throughout the entire day. The business houses were closed for the day and almost everyone attended the activities. Sports and concessions were well patronized, including the lunch counter operated by the Auxiliary. The football game was won by the Farnam boys with a score of 24 to Edison 20. A dance and picture show in the evening closed the full day of entertainment in the wee small hours.
