One of the chief sources of raising the money was the sale of chances on a new electric washing machine, and Dorothy Clement held the winning number on this. Receipts from the sale of tickets on the machine were $280, with expenses of $84.95 leaving a net of $195.05.
Other sources of net income were the carnival $324.02, collections from the school $28.63, donations $3.00.
Distributions of receipts was made to participating counties as follows: Dawson $328.54, Frontier $158.85, Lincoln $59.83, Gosper $3.48.
The several concessions furnished entertainment to make an enjoyable evening for all in attendance.
