At a meeting of the Village Trustees held Wednesday it was decided to enforce Ordinance No. 38, which reads in part as follows:

"That hereafter it shall be unlawful for minors under the age of 18 to run at large, loiter or play about the streets or alleys of the Village of Farnam from the hour of nine ’clock in the evening until the next morning, unless accompanied by their parents, or lawful guardian."

The penalty for disobeying this ordinance is a fine of from one to fifty dollars, or imprisonment in the village jail for a period not to exceed thirty days.
