D. of H. Entertains
The Degree of Honor gave a banquet Tuesday evening in LaBounty hall for the enlisted soldiers in and around Farnam. An excellent program was rendered and refreshments were served, after which the floor was cleared for dancing. Those present report an unusually good time. The D. of H. is to be commended for their patriotism.
Greatly Appreciated
The boys of Farnam and vicinity who have recently enlisted for service in our Government’s army and navy, wish to express their sincere appreciation for the banquet given them by the Degree of Honor last Tuesday evening and have asked that notice to that effect be published in the Echo.
