Meeting was called to order by Chairman Davis. Roll was called with Trustees Kotschwar, Hoppe, Thompson, Davis and Widick present.

The minutes of last meeting was read. Motion by Thompson and seconded by Kotschwar that the minutes be approved as read.

Motion by Kotschwar and seconded by Hoppe that claims be allowed. Carried.

Weaver Cole met with the Board and presented a petition to the Mayor and members of the City Board of Farnam and asked it to be recorded and advertised.

We, the undersigned electors of the Village of Farnam, Dawson County, Nebraska, respectfully petition the City Board and Mayor of the Village with respect to our opposition to the construction of a sewer system within said city and with respect to the submission of a proposal for the issuance of bonds in connection with the construction and development thereof. That the undersigned remonstrate with said board in opposition to such construction.
