Thiefs Caught in Act

Mrs. Leon Kotschwar was woke up by a noise Thursday night, investigation proved to be some boys were taking hub caps off of Orvale Widick’s car, she called Leon. He went out and gave chase, of which he netted the license number of the boys’ car. When Leon got back home the boys were putting the hub caps back on.
