Wanders in Hills Seventeen Days

Mrs. Emily Haskins, 36-year-old widow, who wandered away from her father’s home at Eustis was found by Jim Clark, south of Gothenburg, sitting near a windmill in his pasture Sunday, and was taken home.

She had wandered in the hills for seventeen days, but was apparently none the worse for her experience.

Mr. Clark had no trouble in getting her to go to his home, where she was given something to eat and went to sleep shortly afterward.

Her husband was killed in Denver a year ago, and she had told a farmer near Eustis, she was bound for that place.
