Royal John Medley, 72, of Phoenix, a district manager for the Arizona Department of Economic Security, died March 11, 1991. He was born in Nebraska and was a World War II Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; one son; one brother; and two grandchildren. Memorial services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, St. Louis the King Catholic Church, 4331 W. Maryland St., Glendale.
