Charles ‘Chuck’ Oller

FARNAM — Charles “Chuck” Oller, 61, of Farnam died March 3, 2003, at his home in Farnam.

He was born Nov. 7, 1941, to William and Elizabeth Sube Oller at Louisville, Kentucky. He served in the U.S. Army from December 1961 to December 1964.

On Dec. 15, 1973, he married Ellen Chester at Houston, Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen of Farnam; a son, Nicholas of Louisville; two daughters, Laura (John) Nicholson of Farnam and Rhonda (Casey) Staples of Dallas; five grandchildren, Johnny (Brittany) and Rhondea Nicholson, Lauren, Tommy Joe and Brittany Staples; a sister, Brenda Stults of Louisville; a brother, John Donald (Judy) of New Caney, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronnie.

A memorial has been established.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today at the United Methodist Church in Farnam with the Rev. Dennis “Buck” Linton-Hendrick officiating. Private family burial was March 3, 2003, at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell. Blase Memorial Chapel in Gothenburg is in charge.
