Obituary Collection
Scott Earll

GOTHENBURG - Scott Earll, 25, of Farnam, died Dec. 10, 2005, at his home.

He was welcomed to this world May 10, 1980, by his mother Connie, sister Susie, and his grandmother Ines Schleeman. Scott loved surprises and so brought along a twin brother, Robert, with him. Scott grew up in Gothenburg before moving to Gibbon, where he met his wife.

He married Stephanie Ash on Dec. 27, 2001, in Kearney. His marriage was blessed by his son, Tristan Lee, and daughter, Laynie Dawn.

Scott accepted Christ as his savior as a boy, and always looked forward to attending church camp every summer. He was a natural-born mechanic, fisherman and hunter. Hunting was his passion. He was always tinkering on cars and enjoyed stockcar racing and being in demo der-bies. These last few months he was learning to play the guitar, cowboying with his new friends, and was even starting to like cattle. Scott had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone, even at risk to himself. He was taking emergency medical technician classes and enjoyed being a volunteer firefighter. He was always the life of the party, especially with his family around the dinner table. Scott was adored by his children and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Earll of Gibbon; a daughter, Laynie Earll of Gibbon; a son, Tristan Earll of Gibbon; his mother and father, Clayton and Connie Earll of Farnam; sis-ters, Susie (Phillip) Walker of Farnam and Buddi Earll of Cozad; twin brother, Robert (Kyla) Earll of Gibbon; stepbrother, Jason Earll of Albert Lea, Minn.; nieces and a nephew; and grandmothers, Ines Schleeman of Farnam and Dorothy Anders of Farnam.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bud Earll and Herman Schleeman, and his babysitter, "Dort" Shellenbarger.

Memorials are suggested to the family.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Evangelical Free Church in Gothenburg with the Rev. Rick Rehmert officiating. Burial will be in the Gothenburg Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Blase Memorial Chapel in Gothenburg.
