MRS. WILLS BURIED HERE THURS.
Mrs. Tina Wills who has lived near Somerset for a number of years, died at her home early Wednesday morning, September 10 after a lingering illness of several months.
Tina Corn was born in Charleston, Tennessee, on the seventh of November, 1861. When she was a small child, the family moved to Rothville, Missouri. In 1885 she came to Cambridge, Nebraska, and lived in different parts of the state till her death. Her age was 62 years, 10 months, and 3 days.
She was married to Anson C. Wills in 1891. One son, Charles, was born to them.
Since early childhood Mrs. Wills has been a devout member of the Methodist church.
She leaves her husband and son Charles of Somerset besides two brothers and one sister. Three other relatives are in this part of the state; a cousin J. S. Hatcher of Curtis and an uncle S. B. Cameron and an aunt Sally Cameron of Farnam.
Funeral services were held from the home Thursday morning at 11 o’clock, conducted by Rev. Mearl C. Smith, pastor of the Methodist Church in Curtis and the body was laid to rest in the Farnam cemetery Thursday afternoon.
