Obituary Collection
To The Great Beyond

Cornelius Sullivan of Ingham, who was brought to Farnam last Friday for medical treatment was found to have an acute attack of appendicitis and as a last resort was operated upon Sunday about noon. Although everything was done to save him he passed away at 3:40 Monday morning, at the age of 42 years, 10 months and 21 days.

Mr. Sullivan was born in New York City on March 10, 1872. He leaves a sister and a neice in that city, besides a host of friends to mourn his loss.

He was an ardent worker in the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs, and has held some office in either one or both orders for years past.

The funeral services were held under the direction of the I.O.O.F. and Rebekahs Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Methodist church. Rev. G. C. Albin, pastor of that church officiating.
