John Clinton Roberts, 90, died at his home on 812 South Pine Friday afternoon.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Adams Funeral home with the Rev. Robert Williams of the First Baptist Church officiating.

Mr. Roberts was a farmer in the Farnam community for more than 30 years. In 1936 he retired from the farm and moved to North Platte, making his home here since.

Survivors are his widow, Belle; sons, Harry, Englewood, Colo., Lawrence, Richland, Wash., John Jr., Portland, Ore.; daughters, Olive Roberts, Mrs. Gladys Bialek and Mrs. Doris Harlan, all of Idaho Springs, Colo., Mrs. Cecile Palmer of North Platte, Winefred Briggs, Sterling, Colo., and Rachael Hadley of San Bernardino, Calif., 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in the Farnam cemetery with the Adams Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
