Farnam Press No Longer Exists After July 1

It is with regret that we announce we have sold the Farnam Press and will be moving out of this community. During the past nine years we have enjoyed living in Farnam and believed this is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. However, it is not economically feasible to continue here. We will be moving to Paxton, Nebraska by the first of July where we will be publishing a weekly newspaper.

Although the merchants of Farnam have supported the Press in the past, there is a limit to what a small town can do. We hope the merchants will continue to support the Highline Reporter which will be printed in Curtis.

Mr. Harpst was in Farnam Tuesday evening to explain his plan to all the business men who were at Lions Club.
