Word was received here last week that Mrs. F. E. Wilcox, 67, of Ontario, Calif., mother of S. C. Wilcox had passed away. She was born in Pennsylvania. Her death was unexpected being due to heart failure.

S. C. Wilcox was visiting in Calif., at the time of her death, having went there for a visit about two weeks ago. He returned home Wednesday of this week.

The Wilcox's left the farm in 1897 and moved to Gothenburg. Later they moved to Kearney and in 1911 to California.
