Gloria Uhrich

Gloria Uhrich, 65, died July 15, 2006, at her home in Eustis, Nebraska.

She was born January 20, 1941, at Mitchell, Nebraska, to George and Mary Schaub Worth. She attended schools at Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

On November 29, 1957, she married Harley Uhrich. They made their home in Scottsbluff where she was employed at a potato processing plant. The couple later made their home at Oshkosh, Nebraska, and Farnam, Nebraska, before moving to Eustis in 1978. She was employed at Monroe Auto Equipment Co. in Cozad, Nebraska, until her retirement.

She was a member of the Lutheran faith. She enjoyed craft work which included woodworking, painting and crocheting. She also enjoyed gardening and cherished her time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Harley of Eustis; three sons, Kevin (Ruth) Uhrich of North Platte, Nebraska, Brad (Lisa) Uhrich of Hastings, Nebraska, and Brian (Heidi) Uhrich of Grand Island, Nebraska; two daughters, Shelly (Herman) Burson of Grand Island and Tamera McNally of Eustis; two brothers, Robert (Janet) Worth of Bayard, Nebraska, and Jack (Carol) Worth of Scottsbluff; four sisters, June (Alex) Brunner of Gering, Nebraska, Jackie (Don) McCart of Queen Of Rocks, Wyoming, Maryann (Larry) Coggins of Lander, Wyoming, and Jane (Neal) Plaster of Elko, Nevada; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Ervin, Calvin and Virgil; a sister, Judy; and a great-grandchild.

Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Eustis with Pastor Beverly Rautenberg-Panko officiating.

Berryman Funeral Home of Cozad was in charge of arrangements.
