Floyd Beerman Dies

When Mrs. Floyd Beerman and son Jay arrived home from a shopping trip to town Tuesday evening between six and seven o’clock, they found Floyd lying on the floor dead, apparently the result of a heart attack.

He was around sixty years of age and had not been in good health but his condition was not known to be critical. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Miller were called from town, as was also the Hugo funeral car from Gothenburg. Both vehicles became stalled at a place in the road made very slick by the rain and the funeral car never reached the Beerman home. Clyde Kotschwar and others followed the funeral car, anticipating probable trouble, and he took the body to Gothenburg in his car.
